Cooperate closely with high-quality material suppliers in Guang Der group, such as Yawliamy and Summitex, to provide brand customers with environmentally friendly and innovative materials, and to increase the content of environmentally friendly materials in final products. At present, the environmentally friendly materials used by customers include: PET bottles, fishing nets, marine waste, textiles and other recycled drawn yarn products; various types of biomass fabrics such as Manila hemp and other vegan fabrics have been developed for customers to choose.

--Adopt 3D sampling, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM): Starting from the product design, the use of 3D sampling technology saves the time and materials, and enables rapid improvement of product design without the need to continuously create samples. On the production side, PLM, MES and WMS are introduced, and the overall production cycle is planned from the beginning of the product life cycle, so that each step is closely integrated after careful planning, reducing the waste of various materials and energy generated in the process, and reducing unnecessary waste and inventory.
